Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective Date: 1st April 2024
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
- Access to premium features will end at the conclusion of your paid period.
Refund Policy
Given the digital nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once a subscription has been activated. However, we may consider refunds in the following circumstances:
- Technical issues that prevent access to the service and cannot be resolved by our support team.
- Duplicate charges or billing errors.
- Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification).
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at yash.kumar@bibli.education with the following information:
- Your registered email address
- Transaction ID or receipt
- Reason for refund request
Refund requests are processed within 7-10 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Free Trial
If you signed up for a free trial and do not wish to continue, please cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being charged. No refunds will be provided for charges incurred after the trial period has ended.
