1. Subscription Cancellation

a. How to Cancel: Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time via the app settings or by contacting our customer support team at helpdesk@bibli.education. b. Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. You will have continued access to Bibli until this time.

2. Refunds

a. General Policy: All payments made to Bibli are non-refundable, and we do not offer refunds or credits for partial subscription periods or unwatched Bibli content, except as required by law. b. Trial Periods: If your subscription began with a free trial period, you may cancel at any time before the trial period ends without any charge. Cancelling your subscription during a free trial period will result in immediate loss of access to Bibli. c. Exceptional Circumstances: We may consider granting a refund in exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. These circumstances may include technical issues that prevent access to our service for an extended period.

3. Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it before the end of the current period. We will notify you in advance of any changes to the subscription fee or terms.

4. Changes to Our Policy

Bibli reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website and app. We will make reasonable efforts to inform subscribers of significant changes.

5. Legal Compliance

This policy is designed to be in compliance with the consumer protection laws in both the United States and India. For users under the age of 18, cancellations and refund requests must be made by the parent or legal guardian.
