At Bibli, we respect your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your Bibli account and all associated data, please send an email to:
Please include the following information in your email:
- Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Your registered phone number or email address
- Your display name (if applicable)
- Reason for deletion (optional)
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your profile information (name, age, preferences)
- Learning progress and lesson completion history
- Quiz scores and performance data
- Subscription information
- Any other personal data associated with your account
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are processed within 7-14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted. Please note that once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
Data Retention
Some data may be retained for legal or regulatory compliance purposes, such as transaction records for tax purposes. Such data will be anonymized and will not be linked to your personal identity.
